If she doesn't like it, and he bothers and creeps her out it's sexual harassment. I never hesitate to report someone for making me uncomfortable in the workplace. I have a right to not be harassed and made to feel uncomfortable. Everyone, male or female has a right to not be harassed!
So you would report somebody immediately and potentially ruin a life instead of first, I don't know, telling them you feel uncomfortable and asking them to back off? Not to say I don't think OP is a piece of shit for wanting to cheat on his girlfriend, but you are definitely on a similar level.
I would tell them no when they hit on me first of course. No is a complete sentence. If I tell someone no and they continue that's harassment. If someone doesn't understand a simple, one word, two letter, on syllable answer that's their problem, not mine. I'm not responsible for the consequences of some else's bad behavior. How is it that animals and tiny children can understand a word and yet a full grown adult cannot?
Or is it that they choose to ignore and not understand?
I have to beat off just before I go to work.

Since OP says "My co worker has no idea that I am so hot for her." it would seem there is no harassment or 'creeping out' going on.

We're only hearing one side of the story here.
