Are you annoying or childlike?
Are you not-good looking?
Do you have really, reeeally low self esteem?
Are you morbidly obese?
Are you (or do you seem) unapproachable?
Are you very quiet/too shy?
Are you unhappy with yourself?

If you happened to answer "yes" to any of those questions, you should think of ways to better them.

When you say "bigger" things with your life right now are you referring to the OP being morbidly obese?

Being morbidly obese isn't healthy and just because healthy people don't outright reject or make fun of morbidly obese people (I do though) doesn't mean they should be okay with being grossly unhealthy. Telling them to "love" their body no matter what size it is, isn't doing them any favors.
