I have similar problems. So do my sisters actually, although there's are a bit different to mine. For me, some of it's just simple jumbling up words. Like saying I'm in the food for mood or just something small like that. Sometimes it's more obvious and I end up saying something which doesn't make much sense. Other times I find it hard to put my thoughts into words.
Sometimes it's just a case of working out how I actually feel about something in my head first and understanding it, rather than just feeling it, and then it becomes much easier to put into words. I guess that means I'm pretty slow, but my brain just seems to work that way. I'm not sure what your problem is exactly, but maybe just having a bit of a think about it might help, which is pretty simple advice and I'm sure you're doing that anyway.:/ I'm not majorly fantastic at stuff like verbal communication and it's not uncommon for people to think I'm stupid, so you're not the only one, if that's any reassurance:P.
