It sounds like you have a mild form of Pure Obsessional OCD. It's where you have intrusive thoughts of doing things you know you wouldn't really do. In your case it doesn't sound very extreme, and the best way to deal with the thoughts is to let them come and then just let them go. However the more you try to expel the thoughts from your mind the more it starts to cause the intrusive thoughts.
Luckily for you these thoughts are just limited with sex with strangers. Not the worst intrusive thought to have involuntarily. I use to have involuntary thoughts of killing or hurting Jesus pop in my head all the time. That really messed me.
