Yes. I've had some in weirder places... One was inside my ear, and once one on my genitalia... Maybe it is something else though.

Could be an ingrown hair, or a blowfly. (Go ahead and look that up) You can get them all kinds of nasty places, including inside your nostril and on your butt or even your butthole. Hard to get to if you want to squeeze it. It can be a good way to find out if you can really trust a friend. You might not want to know, though.

Pimples can be on almost any part of the body. They make acne body washes to help clear those up.
