I'm 19 and I've only ever had one crush in real life. Unfortunately, he was in the military and ended up meeting someone else. I too, have a strange fascination with fictional characters which I have carried out over the course of many years. It's certainly not a healthy habit, but I don't think it's entirely unusual in today's society.
Maybe you just haven't met a guy that can keep you interested, or you're just attracted to the unattainable. Or, maybe you're the stronger type that can handle being independent. Either way, I don't think it's anything you should be too worried about right now.
