    I remember reading that Hitler also had only one ball so at least you're not alone in this.

    They do make prosthetic balls. For guys born with only one or had one removed.

    Well, it's not that common, it's not bad but DONT TELL ANYONE! (Anyone being people who don't already know) and make sure nobody who knows tells anyone else. It's not a bad thing, but if your friends find out you will be made fun of for a looooooooooooong time.
