  • If you exercise, it helps to get angry before exercising. it really helps me. i'm not on a mission to lose weight, i just like exercising. this week, i'd find myself going to bounce on the trampoline about 10 times daily. its not just boucing either. its flips & hardcore tricks. if im not mad at anything, its hard to do this because.....idk how to explain it, but it does work!

    • I totally agree. I just LIKE running; it's not that I HAVE to run...I just like putting on my iPod and running while I listen to music. I would probably also enjoy punching a bag over and over again for 30 minutes, too...it's the release of aggressive energy or something. The fact that it keeps me in shape is kind of like the 'plus side' to it.
