So fucking what if you've got no tits? Boobs don't define anyone. It's really nothing to be embarrassed about. Think yourself lucky that you won't be getting any chronic back problems later on when you're in your 50s.
Focus on your other "woman troubles" (periods, hormonal changes, trying not to get pregnant too young etc etc). They matter more.

Most men, if in an intimate relationship with a girl who has small tits, will try to divert attention from that and focus on what makes her attractive, as they know how sensitive many women can be about their appearance.
