Some pretty serious possible causes for your symptoms have been mentioned, and they definitely need to be checked out, however...
You mention taking a lot of medication as well as using antacid tablets and bicarb to treat your symptoms. There is something called "acid rebound". The stomach tries to maintain a certain acidity. If this is reduced by use of medication or antacids, the stomach creates more cells to try to reach the preset acidity. If you then _don't_ have acid-neutralising chemicals in the stomach at some point, those additional cells happily produce acid and you end up worse than you were before.
I think you might also consider whether your milk consumption could be making thing worse. While milk can temporarily buffer stomach acid, nutrients in milk, particularly the fat, will stimulate the stomach to produce more acid.
Hateful1's comments on diet, alcohol consumption, and the suggestion of a fast seem reasonable to me. Either something is very wrong internally, or your stomach is doing the best it can with what it gets to work on, but just not coping very well.
