Right. And those are not caused by stress. They discovered sometime ago that they are caused by a certain bacteria and need to be treated with antibiotics. So off to the doctor with you.

If you go to your doctor and tell him everything that is going on he might help. You do need to listen to what he says though. If he doesn't help go to a hospital.

You may have an intestinal blockage. Which explains many of the symptoms you have described.

1.Stop drinking alcohol. Most people this happens to drink alcohol every day.

2.Reduce the amount of food your consume. Especially if you eat junk food.

3.I hate to suggest this but stop eating. A temporary fast has help people like this before. I'm saying a day or two at the most.

Many people who drink often have acid reflux. But, you said you have intense abdominal pain, you get dizzy and sick, and you vomit. These are all symptoms of an intestinal blockage. I have experienced this myself so I know the symptoms. Still get a doctors opinion. Intestinal blockage is not always caused by something inside your intestines. It could be caused by an entanglement or tumors. It would also be something worse. Sometimes part of your intestines become infected and could die. This is really bad. Still get a doctors opinion, I can't say that enough.

Some pretty serious possible causes for your symptoms have been mentioned, and they definitely need to be checked out, however...

You mention taking a lot of medication as well as using antacid tablets and bicarb to treat your symptoms. There is something called "acid rebound". The stomach tries to maintain a certain acidity. If this is reduced by use of medication or antacids, the stomach creates more cells to try to reach the preset acidity. If you then _don't_ have acid-neutralising chemicals in the stomach at some point, those additional cells happily produce acid and you end up worse than you were before.

I think you might also consider whether your milk consumption could be making thing worse. While milk can temporarily buffer stomach acid, nutrients in milk, particularly the fat, will stimulate the stomach to produce more acid.

Hateful1's comments on diet, alcohol consumption, and the suggestion of a fast seem reasonable to me. Either something is very wrong internally, or your stomach is doing the best it can with what it gets to work on, but just not coping very well.

Get a second opinion. That doctor sounds like shit.

You may have to review your diet, it may be causing the trouble. It may be more than heartburn. I hope you find a doctor that will help you, that sounds awful.

Ask for an HPylori test. Insist on getting treated if its found, you need antibiotics. Take pepto bismol a few times per day DGL( a supplement) and try slippery elm herb. Some doctors are crap you have to tell them what to do.

    • Did they do an upper GI series of tests on you? If not, you need to see a gastroenterologist.
Milk is likely making it worse.
