Once you pass size 30C your boobs start to fall. The problem with our society is that anything that doesn't point like implants are considered saggy. With larger boobs the nipples point downwards and have sometimes permanent stretchmarks, it's normal. It would be weird if they didn't; it would probably mean they got implants.
