You're just showing how ridiculous it is to only obsess over weight for weights sake. Usually when people want to lose weight they specifically mean fat, and losing that fat may give benefit to health and sometimes mobility depending how fat you were. You are only gonna cause more health issues, not reduce them. Its also limited how much weight you can lose by water before actually dying, and losing 30kg probably far exceeds that limit.
