No he's a alchoholic most likely but i dont think i should be the one to diagnose that so i made a jokè. The joke was that mabe hes not an alcoholic but instead hes a party animal (hence all the bottles in his bedroom) but as a young party animal would probably have the energy to tidy up perhaps hes an ageing party animal.
