I have been having blackouts is this normal?

I started to realize that I have been having random blackouts lately sometimes I will be somewhere that I don't remember going to or people telling me I spoke to them but I don't remember that either. I'm really feeling worried.

    I think you have good reason to be concerned.

    Is alcohol or drugs involved? If so, maybe you should reconsider your use/abuse.

    If you're perfectly sober, you're travelling to random places, and people say you spoke to them in apparently a completely rational way, then it sounds like something serious is going on. Whatever it is, it's not normal, but then I think you know that already.
