I have back pains but not cramps on my period is it normal?

All the time when i have my period i never get cramps but i do get back pains and they are painfull..i dont understand because nearly everyone has cramps and im the only one who i know who has back pains instead...Is It Normal??

    I never get cramps on my period but I do get back pain and the back pain is like a form of cramps.
