I have anorexic thoughts

I am always at school doing my work and I go on pro-anorexic websites, when I did my therapist finds out after finding out with the IT department at school which made other teachers involved. Which they tell me it's self-harm, even when they tell me that. It never does get any better my thoughts on that builds up and I just see anorexia as my only option. Not only that I find myself keeping my thoughts in and feeling scared if I even mention the word. Even if I stop going to those websites it just won't get any better. Another reason why I do this is because I see myself as some fat loser and a creature.

But even now and then I fear people who help me and I also fear teachers and my therapist.

it's normal to have these thoughts. i'm glad you're in therapy. keep trying to talk to your therapist because that can really help. maybe get someone in your life to block certain websites or types of content from your electronic devices so that you don't end up seeing it. it's better to not look at content like that. and if people in your life are triggering these thoughts then try to not be around them.
also if you're seeing anorexia as an option for your health, it's not healthy. being fat is ok. your BMI is not relevant to your health. do not let people--even doctors--tell you that having a certan BMI or being fat is bad. it's not!!! health looks a lot of different ways. being unhealthy is bad, but that can't be determined by your BMI, it's determined by your eating and exercise habits. different eating and exercise habits work for different people. it's also normal to see yourself in a dysmporphic way or to have body image issues. you should talk to your therapist about this. keep talking about it even if it feels like it isn't helping. many people believe that being skinny is some sort of health goal, but everyone's body is different and what's healthy for you is not the same as what's healthy for other people. regardless, everyone needs to eat and anorexia/not eating is definitely not healthy. i also would advise you not to turn to dieting. changing your eating habits can be healthy but that's not the same as dieting. don't weigh your food or count your calories or anything because that can lead to an eating disorder or an unhealthy state of mind, and eating disorders are not healthy for you.

    • sorry if I didn't get back but I am on the overweight BMI scale, which made my desire of wanting to be underweight.

I wouldn't worry then. The problem with being drawn towards anorexia on a fundamental level one of someone being delusional about their weight and ending up malnourished. Your school sounds like they've got an illogical perspective on this. Just keep an eye on your bmi, and push away from it when you tick into the normal zone.

anorexics see themselves as fat no matter what, this person may actually be medically considered thin or underweight for all we know.

I'm fat and I have this thought that I want to be anorexic. Since I see this as my only option.

Look into intermittent fasting. Its actually not as bad for you as people once thought. Ive been eating only one meal a day for 2 weeks ive lost 8 pounds

The definition of anorexia is basically intermittent fasting. Its not that unhealthy actually.

No. Anorexia is a form of body dysmorphia in which the person sees themself as fat and ugly, resulting in them trying to change that by starving themselves, whether they are actually fat or not.

              Or, as Merriam-Webster puts it:

"a serious disorder in eating behavior primarily of young women in their teens and early twenties that is characterized especially by a pathological fear of weight gain leading to faulty eating patterns, malnutrition, and usually excessive weight loss."
