Would it be possible to say, "hey, why are you following me?", or, "please stop following me"? I dunno, I'm sorry, because it's relatively safe more me in my small abode at the moment, and you're the one who's be followed. Maybe you could tell the school counselor?
I wanted to try and handle this myself because I know that getting someone else involved could end up ruining this girls life. I don't want that on my conscience.

Talk to her. Ignoring her won't get you anywhere. Maybe she just needs a friend to help chill her out
