    Yes. Average size of a flaccid penis is roughly 3 inches. Fully erect about 6 inches.

        Well, I'm not going to lie, that is awfully small for an erect penis. But if it makes you feel any better, I'm transgender, male to female, as part of my SRS I had my testicles removed, so I can not even get hard.
