Okay jokes aside I think I know what you’re talking about.
I’ve been searching for others with a feeling something like that, for a while now, and given how hard it is to explain I’m pretty sure it hasn’t made it into the DSM.
Correct me if I’m not describing your ‘new emotion’ correctly, but it’s characterized by a feeling of pressure in the lungs, increased heart rate, tunnel vision and a tingling panic or confusion urge in the back of the brain. Also, the feeling of a new, rather inexplicable ‘emotion’ similar to confusion, though it is rather hard to describe. I find it similar to the feeling of night terrors, if you took the fear out and replaced it with slightly more chaotic brain processing.
I don’t know exactly what causes it, but I’ve found that motionlessness and calm, serene places can trigger it. It’s not normal, no, but know you’re not alone. I’m currently doing more research in the phenomenon.
I’ll message you about this if I find anything more promising.
