You need to be careful with this. If your prolapse strangulates and the blood supply gets cut off, the tissue can necrose (die). This could cause gangrenous tissue, dumping bacteria into your blood.

You are most likely to have either a partial or full thickness prolapse of the rectal wall.

Full thickness prolapse looks like a protrusion of wrinkly looking red skin, and is the most common one seen on some pornstars who prefer anal sex and appear to have this minor prolapse with no ill effect, because internal muscles and ligaments hold the rectum in place. The intense pleasure is gained from the stimulation of pressure sensitive nerves below the mucosal layer of the rectal wall (and I guess also from the associated feeling of naughtiness in doing something others don't approve of).

Partial thickness prolapse is where the top mucosal wall layer of the rectum has separated from the innervated layer due to excessive suction pressure (pulling out the rectum when the whole rectal wall is held firmly in place by ligaments) and where the protrusion is smooth looking and roundish like a donut. You can also tell by gently rubbing or pressing the surface of the protrusion with your finger, that if you cannot feel your finger on the rectal skin and it appears smooth with possibly a fluid-like layer underneath (likely blood) it means the layers have separated. You do not want to have this condition as the loss of sensation leads to a continual (unpleasant) feeling that the rectum is full of stool, defecation is partially obstructed and the pleasure from contact sensation is gone (i.e. less pleasure in anal sex), the loss of sensation leads to a greater risk of internal injury (even from hard stool) where a breach of the surface and tearing of blood vessels can cause major bleeding from the rectum plus potential sepsis (and you do not want that). Fortunately for most though partial thickness prolapse (if it is retractable) heals spontaneously over 2 to 4 weeks, provided a high fiber diet (e.g. legumes, whole grains) is followed with NO pushing or straining on defecation (in fact stools left in the rectum helps prevent some further separation although don't strain upward either), and you will hopefully avoid suturing from the colorectal surgeon. Trying defecation either partly standing up or bent far forward if sat down on the toilet seat may also help.

If however the prolapsed surface feels like a swollen lump or pink/purple pad of skin which is a noticeably different color than the surrounding skin (internal hemorrhoid) it is best to see a surgeon to have a rubber band ligand or suture put in place to remove it. You do not want a progression to strangulated prolapsed internal hemorrhoid, as this usually leads to major pain and infection.

If the protrusion is from the anal sphincter (base of the anal opening below dentate line) and is purple or painful (external hemorrhoid) you may want to try several days of aspirin to try to clear the underlying blood clot only if the sphincter is not too tight, if that doesn't work see a surgeon. Some people are genetically predisposed over time to suffer weakening of blood supply vessel walls and to suffer clots from the irritation of constipation or anal sex on the sphincter. Although for painfully compressed external hemorrhoids something called lord's operation which is just stretching of the anal sphincter under anesthetic is recommended so it could be argued for some anal sex/insertion is of benefit to those who want to take control of their condition. Although that requires a gradual approach with lube and insertion of soft round objects that are larger over time -- provided the urge to push down (which increases blood pressure in the pelvic area) is resisted initially as this may cause some nasty external hemorrhoids to develop. Sudden rough anal sex or sharp or large object insertion may lead to fissures of the sphincter and the emergency room (don't go too far, remember the guy in New York who recently died from colon perforation after having sex with a horse in a paddock!). If someone is genetically predisposed external hemorrhoids will happen no matter what so it may be better to take personal control and they can get pleasure at the same time (if they are not blocked by their personal beliefs/desire to conformity).

Whether a prolapse is a manageable issue depends on physiology and overall health. A major prolapse of the internal intestinal wall (say more than 7cm) which doesn't retract can be a medical emergency if it gets strangulated and infected. A major problematic prolapse from anal sex requires an existing internal weakness for it to happen. For some the pleasure gained from continuous stimulation of pressure sensitive nerves of the internal rectum is so great to provide motivation for anal sex and intentional sphincter stretching and pushing out of the rectum. Provided they don't have any connective tissue weaknesses from poor diet or genetic predisposition the prolapse can be managed by hypopressive and kegel exercises and be another sexual outlet.
