time to change your attitude, you need preoccupations, try to busy yourself in games or other stuff, if you can't stop from being bad person atleast you can resist, don't go close to girls and if you can't just do it then tell the girl at the spot about your intentions and she won't let you do that to her after few such encounters you would start feeling good and motivated to be a nice women caring fellow and perhaps you can find a good wife then, all you need is to just try wit believe
