I'm a female and I've always had acne on my chest, it's so embarrassing to me. It's the reason why I never wear low-cut shirts at all. Why do I have so much acne on my chest? Is this normal?

    The best you can do is simply buy a acne controlling body wash and use it daily. Be certain that you're always wearing clean clothes and that you tend to be showering or at least cleaning off sweat within the effected area, particularly after working out.

    I remember having blackheads in the valley of my breasts. Gross!
