Hi there, same problem here male @ 24, try a lotion (not a ointment) with Betamethasone & Salicylic Acid. I use one such lotion twice a week & my scalp is completely cured. Ofcourse it not 100%% curable. It will return if I stop applying the lotion but twice a week for psorasis free life it too much! Also "I think" that medical or any shampooo don't actually work in this case. I am sam1985 @ isitnormal.
