I have a fear of sleeping above the covers

I can not sleep above my blankets!!! Whenever I Do I feel like someone is going to murder me!!! Even if it is 90 degrees out I have to be under the covers!!

Is It Normal?

    omg i get the same way! and i freak out! i also cant let my any part of my body hang over the edge of the bed, and when i turn the light out i jump onto my bed as fast as i can. im so paranoid. i use a fan, try that.

    Yeah me to. I feel exposed and someone could just come up and chop what ever body part off that isnt covered.

    Me too! But I feel like something/someone will grab my feet! Can't even leave my foot hanging out from under the blanket.
