Working in the health care field as a PA, I can tell you that you’re not alone. I’ve seen thousands of penises alongside my nursing staff.. nothing comes as a surprise anymore. And this is from all races, ethnicities etc. I agree with one of the responses that a low testosterone level could be the culprit. I am not saying that replacement to bringing your levels to a normal range will increase your penis size a tremendous amount, but you may see a significant increase. If not flaccid, maybe when erect. You should really consider seeing an endocrinologist to rule out any thyroid or testosterone issues. You may be surprised at your blood tests, even if you’re not experiencing any noticeable symptoms
