Is it normal that when ever I drink Coffee it makes me need to go for a shit and is it normal that I need to piss every night I lay on my back when I use my phone before bed?

      The coffee thing for sure. That's why when people get to work, you hear people saying things like "Anybody seen Bob this morning, how about Tom , joe, and gary." They all drank coffee this morning, they all got a case of the " am shits. "
