I hate when people drive with fog lights on

Driving around, it really pisses me off when people have their car fog lights on - WHEN THERE'S NO FOG! Fog lights are for a specific purpose (the clue's in the name) not for trying to be cool!

Some people put rear fog lights on in the slightest mist, dazzling anyone driving behind them!

I hate these people so much!!!

    Maybe they themselves are in a fog and its a warning to the people to beware.

    Some countries require you have your lights on at all times even during the day when you out driving.

    In a lot of newer cars, they come on automatically. There's no real option to turn them off.

          Yes and no. In some cars they're the same and in others, the driver doesn't actually have any option as they come on automatically.
