That is not accurate. Many employers will look the other way and view marijuana like alcohol. However heavy labor positions do still have zero tolerance. But that is not most jobs.
Do you? I can't imagine someone going to the trouble of collecting that data. Except maybe nutty people who want to fight the movement. I can tell you that in my area there is a handful of employers that test and it provides a few thousand jobs for the area. However that is less than 5% of the population. Granted not all people are working so even at a 1/3 .... it still translates to 15% of job opportunities. But again, only for the working class. I personally have never been subjected to a drug test. And I know very few people who are.

Well those, but I was referring to the fact that most places still drug test even where pot is legalized.

Interesting. Do you have the percentage of companies or jobs that drug test as opposed to look the other way?
