I know a guy who refuses to get the vaccine, but is completely fine with wearing a mask for COVID. I wouldn't say it's normal, but it's nothing bad. I would say however, that you SHOULD get vaccinated, because the alternative (getting COVID) is statistically much worse for your health.
I hate vaccines but I like wearing a mask in public, incl. open-air
