I hate the word Transgender

    Well it seems to have lost most of it's meaning now anyway, personally I think the term 'transsexual' is best to use and only needs to be used for medical / personal reasons. You're right, not many people need to know.

      I feel like the term leaves something left to be desired. That I will never truely be the person I want to be.

        It's simply the name of the condition. It doesn't define who you are.
