Considering you're lacking a picture and I'm going off of your very harsh description of yourself... yes, it sounds normal. Most people would probably find you unattractive from that description.
Is it normal for people in general to find faults with their appearance? Yes. That's why skinny girls are anorexic and pretty girls wear make up despite not needing it.
