Yea what "spots"? Freckles are cute, and acne can be cured if you go to a dermatologist. I bet you are talking about acne scars. They sell scar removal kits at walmart. Try one of those, and if it doesn't work, then beg your parents to take you to a dermatologist. In the meantime you need to come back down to reality and realize that the outer appearance means nothing, it's what is on the inside that counts. I always notice overweight, or plain looking girls who are nice always have friends and are always happy. The girls who are boring, quiet, or even loud, and rude are the miserable ones. You are lucky to have a boyfriend, not because you think you are ugly, but because he sees something there that you don't see. Work on the inner you, remember beauty is not always only skin deep.
