I can talk with friends on a phone just fine, but when it comes to that business situation, I hate it. I just screw up my words and sometimes I want to cry after they hang up.
Mainly, I like talking to people in real life, I don't have much exp. with video chat, I can chat or email just fine, but telephoning strangers is so hard for me.
