I don't believe that fetuses should be classified the same as human beings that live and breathe on this earth. I believe that once a fetus is fully-developed, that is when I personally give it rights. It's why I support early-term abortions, but am completely against late-term. That is my belief. I don't tell you to follow my belief-system, so you religious nutjobs need to stop forcing your own beliefs on everyone else.
