i am black but people always treat me like trash because i am black its so unfair i don't feel respected or nothing even though i want to do many things i a not a bad person people are just racist to me please answer
I don't understand the racist mind set. People are people. Their skin color doesn't make a difference! Haven't we outgrown our ancestors?!
Racism against black people in the united states could have completely died out decades ago if it hadn't been for the perpetuation of negative stereotypes BY BLACK PEOPLE THEMSELVES via "hip-hop" and other elements of so-called "black culture". Many parts of the country have a very low population of black people, and their only exposure to them is through the media. And what is the predominant depiction of black people in the media? Simple-minded buffoons who care about nothing but money, sex and drugs, cannot seem to grasp the English language, and are a hopelessly given to violence.
If you truly want to fight racism, do your utmost to distance yourself stereotypes. Dress respectably, speak respectably, behave respectably, and if people still discriminate against you, you will know it is they who are the niggers, not you.

Perhaps it isn't because you're black. We need more details to adequately judge your situation. A lot of people pull the race card to hide their other flaws. I'm not sure whether or not you're doing that, since you didn't give any specific instances. Please add a more pointed story.
I know, what you mean. I hate racist people too, it's very offensive and I see no point it in. I have a cousin who is from Pakistan and he goes to the U of M. And always harassed, it's just plain stupid.
