I absolutely hate pizza.
Sure, it smells tasty.
Yeah, sometimes I eat it.

Then, about two hours later, I regret it.

That sounds like you're having a reaction to one or more of the ingredients.
I always assume that people saying they "hate" a food means they dislike the taste or texture and thus avoid eating it. You don't say you dislike either, just that you get ill from eating it.
i often wonder if pizza tastes better in america, because it tastes shit in my country. or maybe i just don't like pizza
Are you lactose intolerant? Or do you have a gluten allergy? Those could be reasons why you are having pain. I am not a medical professional, I don't know much.
