I hate photographing in the winter

I may be biased because I dislike the winter in general but as an amateur photographer I hate photographing in it because everything looks so bland. It's just snow everywhere and the only way it can look pretty is if you're out somewhere on an open field by a ski slope or something. During the other 3 seasons there's so much nature you can take macros of different things and the light is softer and dreamier. I'm not a huge fan of the light in the winter, it's so harsh. Nature is the most beautiful thing ever and in the winter its asleep under those boring, cold white snowflakes.
Probably not a very professional opinion but i'm not a professional.

I hate photographing in the winter because it's too cold to be outside.

    • Yup that too. My hands get really cold, can't wear mittens or thick gloves while using the camera.
