I have a big, sharp at the beginning and rounded at the end, ugly nose. I don't get surgery because I am very confident with my own body and I have no problem that requests such a surgery, although my nose is always pressed by my girlfriend's face when I kiss her and stays in the way, while she has a very tiny Asian nose.
I also don't get a surgery because I don't give a shit on what people think about me or feel when they see me. It is a sign of mental health if you ask me, as people who always follow others are unstable and likely to suffer from this.
I know a guy who is always complaining about his nose and that he wants a surgery because he is really obsessed and concerned with his own image, although his nose is smaller and more proportionate than mine. He is also unhappy and always feels like others betray him, and he admitted to live his life by other people's standards, which has a big negative impact on him.
