i have the same thing but with pages of books or sounds like that when the pages scrape in a weird way it gives me the chills i have super sensitive hearing and the feeling of touch so alot of things bother me. you may not like the sound of them touching your hair that sound would be so silent that not many can hear it but it's there and it may bother you, or you may be bothered by the feeling of your hair being moved around when wet.
I hate people touching my wet hair!
