It's normal to be mad at anyone, even your loved ones, if there's a legit reason but you should always forgive them. I don't know if it's normal to be mad at them for no reason though. You could be mad about something that has nothing to do with those people yet you take it out on them, which isn't a good thing because they won't want to be around you if you keep doing that. I tend to do that, but not with my family or friends or anyone I know...like, people on this site have attacked me for hating people who commit certain evil acts, and one who was kinda trollish said I deserved to be picked on by some cyber bully who took something I said the wrong way...anyway for no reason at all it re-reminds me of Kate Nash simply because I don't like her. Anyway, I agree with the other comments, seeing a therapist would be a good idea.
i should elaborate because i was so confused and how to say it. I didnt put the part in where ill hate them but it only ever lasts a maximum of a week. then were all good and dandy again. but it happens again and again
