I think it's just a phase. Think about what went wrong and what you want to do to change how you are right now. Look for people you can lean on, your best friend for example. Try to reach out to other people. Let all your frustrations out for once and be better. I for one felt crappy about myself for about 2 weeks. I made a blog and posted my feelings everyday until I felt better. Look for an outlet. Love yourself first before others can accept you. :)
