Sorry, Maki_P, but this is complete BS. It is useless advice like this that keeps people stuck in their current situation. The fact is that as a woman gets bigger and bigger (especially in the waist area), she becomes less and less attractive to men. As a man, I can easily see this, directly. You can't see this yourself, because you're a woman. But, if you observe social situations carefully, such as dance events, you can see this indirectly.
This problem can be solved. I've posted practical advice, above.
