She is in a custody battle with her ex right now and I thought about giving her ex some evidence (drugs) she is unfit to be a mother. I really hate this kid and think he's better with his dad who is also a drug addict.

    Yeah I wouldn't mess with a custody battle

    If they are both on drugs then you need to stay away from that situation with the kid - or else they might get you pulled in on a child endangerment issue

    If you dont like kids, dont date, marry, hook up, ect. With someone who has one. Chances are you will get roped into parenting the kid which is what you dont want.

    Hell why not just shoot the kid up with heroin. He'll be docile and you'll get your evidence. Best of both worlds.
