listen, i am having exactly the same situation. i feel that am reading things that i wrote when i went through your passage. anyway: i found ignoring is the best way, if he sees you weak, he will be glad. that is why i choosed to ignore him, even though am burning from inside. i do what he asks me to do, but if he humilated me once again or shouted at me, my hand will be ready for a slap...trust me: you will not get much help if you went out telling your parents...all the luck ;)
