  • Okay, wether God exists or not is off the topic. We can save that debate for another time. Getting back to your issue, I think the best thing to do is to talk to someone. This could either be a close friend or family member, just somebody that you can trust. I would also recommend you see your GP, they can refer you to a psychologist (if you want) and they can help you by giving you skills to manage and control these thoughts.

    Religion does help some people but unfortunately, it cannot fix a chemical imbalance in your brain. Don't lose faith, both in yourself and life in general because things will get better. Good luck and take care!
