It's normal, OP. Just because everyone was a baby/child does not mean that they have to like them. Not everyone has to be all-like "OMG, I LOOOOOOVVVEEE DA BAYBEES AND CYLDWEN! OMG, SO MUCH LURVE! MUST.HAVE.BAYBEES.OF.MY.OWN!" It's not like we even get a choice in the matter. Otherwise, you'd see people being born at 20-24 yrs old (or older), college-educated, and completely independent.
