Why do you think they have census data to begin with? You can only have so many living people on earth and live comfortably, most places are starving due to overpopulating.
For every baby that is born, an old person gets denied medicine. They put hormones in your food and radium in your tap water to keep the population under control. Basically continuing to have babies is murder, because the people at the top will continue to use radiation and other forms of poisioning to keep the population under a certain number. I don't believe that any of this is true, but the people keeping you sick do, and what they think is the only thing that controls what they do. They even want to keep people reproducing and dying young, because it makes for fitter cattle that way. Every baby is a murderer.
