I don't know why, I just feel extreme rage towards the parents when I see a (boy) toddler with long hair.
Getting upset over a haircut isn't really normal. It's not affecting the kids health in any way, it just might make him look weird. The parents at the Walmart I go to enrage me. I see some of them pushing shopping carts with their babies in it and the baby is wearing nothing but a diaper even when it's below zero outside. They don't even buy clothes for the kid while they're there. I despise kids, but seeing them suffer enrages me for some reason.

For every baby that is born, an old person gets denied medicine. They put hormones in your food and radium in your tap water to keep the population under control. Basically continuing to have babies is murder, because the people at the top will continue to use radiation and other forms of poisioning to keep the population under a certain number.
