Communication. One of the biggest problems with sex is no communication. As someone else said: COMMUNICATION! Then there's the other C Word - COMPROMISE: maybe she can be a bit quieter and less vocal and you can be more accepting of how she expresses her enjoyment during sex. At least you know she's enjoying it, can you focus on that as a compliment to your technique?

Under no circumstances talk about this during sex! I once had a woman lover who told me at the point of orgasm that I was too noisy ... she told me later it was because she didn't want me to wake her kids, but I was self-conscious off and on for a long time.
